These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Bamboo Servicing Washington LLC ("Bamboo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.
SERVICES
Bamboo provides residential and commercial pest control services. Service details, frequency, and pricing are described in the service agreement you receive when you start service. We may adjust scheduling as needed for weather, access, or seasonal pest activity, and we will notify you of changes.
SCHEDULING, ACCESS, AND RE-TREATMENT
We notify you before each scheduled visit. You agree to provide safe access to the areas being treated. If pests return between scheduled services, contact us and we will return to re-treat at no additional charge, as described in your service agreement.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Payment is due as described in your service agreement. Recurring plans continue until cancelled. To cancel, contact us at

(877) 522-3020. Cancellation terms, including any agreement length or early cancellation fees, are set out in your service agreement.
TEXT MESSAGING
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from Bamboo, you consent to receive messages at that number.
Service and account messages include appointment reminders and confirmations, technician arrival notices, service updates, and billing notices.
Promotional messages include special offers, seasonal service reminders, and information about services you do not currently have.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at

EMAIL COMMUNICATION
If you provide an email address, you may receive service-related and promotional email from us. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
GUARANTEE
Our pest-free guarantee applies to services described in your service agreement. It covers re-treatment between scheduled visits and does not include damage caused by pests, structural repairs, or conditions outside the scope of your plan.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bamboo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
