Chris is a really friendly guy and informs us of when he starts when he finishes. Always lets us know if we have any questions or concerns to call him. Easy to talk to. We seem to have less bugs, at least we haven't seen as many as before we used this service.

I Received the best service from Brandon so far. He was thorough when giving me answers to questions I asked and spraying in the house even in tight spaces. He engaged with me on other aspects of pest control. He seemed to know a lot about servicing the inside and outside the house. Even though he said he serviced 15 homes before mine he took his time doing the extra things i was concerned about. He wasn't in a rush even thought he had come at 5:30. Thank you Brandon. The bamboo service is incredible. The technicians are extremely friendly and polite. They were on time and finished the job, doing quality work, in a very timely manner. They covered all of the areas they promised, and then walked me through all of the areas they serviced. Extremely friendly, and would highly recommend to anybody. Chris explained all of the services and did work on the outside and the inside. Chris worked quickly and did a thorough job. He is very friendly and a polite person that does very quality work. Chris was very respectful of the pets and even gave me recommendations for my plants. Very professional and a job very well done.

Dan calls ahead of time, lets me know the estimate time and he’s there-very good time management for the second time he has come out to terminate our bugs and ants.In the beginning of this process, Dan had explained everything that he was going to do around the outside of the home. Bamboo has been our first experience with a pest company. I like that they use the safest products possible. The techs always check before and after an application to see if we have any questions. Chad did the service at our home today and was very professional. I asked that he pay special attention to some ants my wife and grandchildren had seen in the front yard. He did a great job for us.

The cost is on the higher end when compared to other pest control services, but it really WORTH the cost. Having little children, I particularly appreciate the fact that they have never sprayed inside the house thus far!

Anthony North came by and addressed my issue with those pesky spider crickets I recently saw downstairs in my laundry area and in my downstairs apartment .

Bamboo Pest control is efficent and timely. Anthony our tech was quick and went above and beyond. He took the time to make sure hornets, wasps etc would not be back. Which is a huge deal since I am allergic to all stinging insects.

Tony did an amazing job at IDing a pest for me, reassuring me and coming up with a plan. He was flexible with my schedule, professional and overall did a great job!

Quick response to my call and super friendly technician came to our house. Chad explained what his pest control treatment would do and the areas he would apply it on our property. He even removed all the cobwebs on our porch. We’ll see how effective the treatment is in the coming days/weeks. So far really happy with the Bamboo customer service.

Chad came by today. He seemed very pleasant to deal with. I went out to check in with him. He let me know he had finished the treatment and no problems were found but if I came upon anything before the next visit to just call and let them know. Technician Dan Anderson was the applicator here today and did an excellent job cleaning spiderwebs and applying pesticides around our home and yard. He is quite conscientious and I would highly recommend him.
