Bamboo Services was very professionally represented by Chad. After our first treatment three months ago, we did not experience any issues with wasps or bees for the first two months. Lately however, over the past two weeks or so we began to notice an up tick in wasp and bee activity. Chad came out this afternoon and explained all the services he would be performing to address the wasps, spiders, ants and other bug issues on our property. I informed him of the uptick in wasp and bee activity and he assured me he would take care of the issue. After finishing his treatment, he called to my attention all the wasps and bees nest he removed, along with the dead wasps and bees. He cleaned the area and removed these nests. Good work Chad! If after a week or two, you are still concerned, give us a call and we may need to just do another round (at no additional cost!)
